Log viewing

[Screen Description]
You can view login records, upload/download records, and file modification logs by period.

[How to Use]

  1. Click 'Status Management' in the main menu.
  2. Clicvk the 'Log Viewing' menu under the detailed menu of Status Management.
  3. Set the 'period' for the logs you want to view.
  4. Select the target (All, Company Name, User Name, Department Name).
  5. Select the log action to search for.
  6. Click the [Search] button.
  7. The log list will appear at the bottom of the screen.

Audit log viewing

[Screen Description]
You can view the records of system changes made by the administrator and users by period.

[How to Use]

  1. Click 'Status Management' in the main menu.
  2. Click the 'Audit Log Viewing' menu under the detailed menu of Status Management.
  3. Set the 'period' for the logs you want to view.
  4. Select the target (Administrator login, Department creation, Permission addition, etc.).
  5. Click the [Search] button.
  6. The log list will appear at the bottom of the screen.

Agent status viewing

[Screen Description]
You can view the agent installation, deletion, and update records by period.

[How to Use]

  1. Click 'Status Management' in the main menu.
  2. Click the 'Agent Status Viewing' menu under the detailed menu of Status Management.
  3. Set the 'period' for the records you want to view.
  4. Select the target (All, Installation, Deletion, Update).
  5. Click the [Search] button.
  6. The log list will appear at the bottom of the screen.

Folder access permissions check


[Screen Description]
You can check the access permissions set for folders (Department/Project/Shared) by each user.

[How to Use]

  1. Click 'Logs' in the main menu.
  2. Click the 'Folder Access Permissions Check' menu under the detailed menu of Logs.
  3. You can either select a department and specify a user, or search for the user through the search bar at the top right.
  4. When the search results are displayed, click the block for the relevant user.
  5. A list of folders with permissions for the selected user will be displayed.

Web link status

[Screen Description]
It shows the status of the web links used across the organization.

[How to Use]

  1. Click 'Status Management' in the main menu.
  2. Click the 'Web Link Status' menu under the detailed menu of Status Management.
  3. The list of currently set web links and related information will be displayed.
  4. You can set a period and search by clicking the [Search] button.
  5. The search result list will be displayed.
  6. Click the icon in the list to view detailed information about the link.

Edit file management

[Screen Description]
It shows the documents currently in edit mode.

[How to Use]

  1. Click 'Status Management' in the main menu.
  2. Click the 'Edit File Management' menu under the detailed menu of Status Management.
  3. You can set a target and search by clicking the [Search] button.
  4. The search result list will be displayed.
  5. Hover over the file name to view the full path.
  6. Click [Release] and a notification will appear asking 'Do you want to release the edit mode?' If you click [Confirm], the edit mode will be released.
