Department folders

[Screen description]
You can grant read or read/write/delete permissions to members of other departments, enabling access.

[How to use]

  1. Click ‘Folder management’ in the main menu.
  2. Select ‘Department folder permission management’ from the submenus in the folder management section.
  3. In the detailed view, select the department for which you want to set permissions from the ‘Folder tree.’
  4. The name of the selected department appears in the folder name at the top right.
  5. Select the department to add permissions for from the ‘Department/Partner tree.’
  6. From the ‘Department member list,’ choose the users to whom permissions will be granted.
  7. Set the permissions for the selected users. (Read/Write/Delete/Select All)
  8. Click the Add Department or Add Selection button.
    (Click [Add Department] for departments or [Add Selection] for individuals.)
  9. The list of users with applied permissions appears in the ‘Permission confirmation list’ at the bottom.
  10. After reviewing the set permissions, click the [Save permissions] button to save the settings.
  • Read/Write/Delete permissions are as follows:
    Read (Allows downloading files/folders from the folder)
    Write/Delete (Allows uploading/pasting into the folder)

Shared folders

Manage permissions for shared folders.

[How to use]

  1. Click ‘Folder management’ in the main menu.
  2. Select ‘Shared folder permission management’ from the submenus in the folder management section.
  3. In the detailed view, select the shared folder for which you want to set permissions from the ‘Folder tree.’
  4. The name of the selected shared folder appears in the folder name at the top right.
  5. Select the user/department to add permissions for from the ‘Department tree.’
  6. From the ‘Department member list,’ choose the users to whom permissions will be granted.
  7. Set the permissions for the selected users. (Read/Write/Delete/Select All)
  8. Click the Add Selection button.
    (Click [Add Department] for departments or [Add Selection] for individual users.)
  9. The list of users with applied permissions appears in the ‘Permission confirmation list’ at the bottom.
  10. After reviewing the set permissions, click the [Save permissions] button to save the settings.

Project folders

Add permissions to the project folder.

  6. From the ‘Department member list,’ choose the users to whom permissions will be granted.
  7. Set the permissions for the selected users. (Read/Write/Delete/Select All)
  8. Click the Add Department or Add User button.
