Department Management

General

[Screen Description]
You can create or delete departments (or teams) and change the department name.

[Feature Description]

  • Department Tree: You can select from the department structure in tree format.
  • Sub-department List: You can view the sub-departments of the selected department in the department tree.
  • Create Department Button: You can create a new department under the selected department in the tree.

[How to Use]

  1. Click on 'Account Management' in the main menu.
  2. Click on the 'Department Management' menu under the sub-menu.
Create Department

[Screen Description]
Creates a department (or team).

[How to Use]

  1. Click on 'Account Management' in the main menu.
  2. Click on the 'Department Management' menu under the sub-menu of Account Management.
  3. Select the parent department of the department you want to add in the 'Department Tree' section.
  4. Enter the department name and click the [Create] button.
  5. You can verify the created department in the 'Sub-department List'.
Change Department Name

[Screen Description]
Changes the department name.

[How to Use]

  1. Click on 'Account Management' in the main menu.
  2. Click on the 'Department Management' menu under the sub-menu of Account Management.
  3. Click the [Edit] button for the relevant department in the 'Sub-department List'.
  4. Change the department name and click the [Save] button.
  5. A message will appear confirming the department name has been changed, and you can verify the new name.
Change Department Order

[Screen Description]
Changes the order of sub-departments.

[How to Use]

  1. Click on 'Account Management' in the main menu.
  2. Click on the 'Department Management' menu under the sub-menu of Account Management.
  3. Click the [Change Order] button for the relevant department in the 'Sub-department List'.
  4. Enter the sort order in ascending order.
    For the same numbers, the department names will be sorted in ascending order.
  5. Click the [Save Order] button after changing the department name.
  6. A message will appear confirming that the order has been changed, and you can verify the new order of the sub-departments.
Delete Department

[Screen Description]
Deletes a department.

[How to Use]

  1. Click on 'Account Management' in the main menu.
  2. Click on the 'Department Management' menu under the sub-menu of Account Management.
  3. Select the parent department of the department to delete in the 'Department Tree' view.
  4. Select the department to delete in the 'Sub-department List'.
  5. Click the delete button at the top right corner.ㅍ

Deleted departments

[Screen Description]
View the list of departments that have been deleted by the administrator.

[How to Use]

  1. Click on 'Account Management' in the main menu.
  2. Click on the 'Deleted Departments' menu under the sub-menu of Account Management.
  3. The list of deleted departments will be displayed.
  4. When deleting, backup files can be transferred to a specific department folder.
  5. Click [Transfer Available] to move the deleted files to the selected department in the department tree.
  6. You can completely delete the backed-up files when deleting.
  7. A confirmation prompt will appear. Click [Confirm] to delete the backup data.
