Change admin account backup drive access

  1. Log in to the admin console: Log in to the admin console using the administrator account.
  2. Navigate to admin account management: Select Admin Account Management from the navigation menu.
  3. Select backup drive access availability: In the admin account list table, locate the Backup Drive Access column. The current access status will be selected. Choose the desired option if it is not selected.

    Note

    An administrator set with Backup Drive Access can access all personal and shared folders in read-only mode, allowing them to copy and upload files to local disks, removable disks, cloud storage, etc.
