Reset admin account password

  1. Log in to the admin console: Log in to the admin console using the administrator account.
  2. Navigate to admin account management: Select Admin Account Management from the navigation menu.
  3. Select password reset: In the admin account list table, locate the Reset Password column. Select Reset for the admin whose password you wish to reset.

    The password for your own account can be changed by selecting the logged-in admin account name on the right side of the header.

  4. Reset password: Enter the new password and select Reset Password.

    Note

    The admin password reset through the administrator is set as a temporary password. When logging into the admin console with the temporary password, they will be directed to the password change screen. The admin cannot log in until the temporary password is changed. However, when connecting via network drives like Windows File Explorer (backup drive access for admin accounts), authentication is possible without changing the temporary password.

    To change your own password, enter the current password and the new password, then select Change.
