Add admin account

  1. Log in to the admin console: Log in to the admin console using the administrator account.
  2. Navigate to admin account management: Select Admin Account Management from the navigation menu.
  3. Add an admin account: Select Add Account.

  4. Enter admin account information: Enter the account information for the admin you want to add.

    Note

    The password set during admin account addition is a temporary password. When logging in with the temporary password, they will be redirected to the password change screen. The account cannot be logged into until the temporary password is changed.

    Input field Input rules
    Name 3 to 10 characters, any letters (special characters not allowed)
    ID 3 to 10 characters, lowercase English letters, and numbers
    Password 8 to 30 characters, including letters, numbers, and special characters (~, !, @, #, $, %, ^, *, -, _, =, /)
  5. Select Add Account.
