Change user account status

  1. Log in to the admin console: Log in to the admin console using the administrator account.
  2. Navigate to user account management: Select User Account Management from the navigation menu.
  3. Select user account status: In the user account list table, locate the Account Status column. The current status of the account will be selected. Choose the desired status if it is not selected.

    Note

    If the account status is set to "Off," the user will not be able to log in to FilingBox GIGA, but their drive and data will remain secure.

  4. Approve user account status modification: In the final confirmation message for modifying the user account status, select Confirm.
