Reset user account password

  1. Log in to the admin console: Log in to the admin console using the administrator account.
  2. Navigate to user account management: Select User Account Management from the navigation menu.
  3. Select password reset: In the user account list table, locate the Reset Password column. Select Reset for the user whose password you wish to reset.

  4. Reset password: Enter the new password and select Reset Password.

    Note

    The user password reset through the administrator is set as a temporary password. When logging into the user mobile app with the temporary password, you will be directed to the password change screen. The user cannot log in until the temporary password is changed. However, when connecting via network drives like Windows File Explorer, authentication is possible without changing the temporary password.
