Folder types
There are four types of folders assigned to every user, which are Personal, Team, Project, and Shared.
- Personal
The users always have one Personal folder. Personal folders can be found under the Personal folder in your FilingBox SMB drive when using Windows File Explorer. - Team (named as Organized in Windows File Explorer)
The users can have multiple Team folders by assigned by the admin. There is no Team folder unless the admin assigns. Team folders can be found under the Organized folder in your FilingBox SMB drive when using Windows File Explorer. - Project
The users can have multiple Project folders by assigned by the admin. There is no Project folder unless the admin assigns. Project folders can be found under the Project folder in your FilingBox SMB drive when using Windows File Explorer. - Shared
The users who have the share permissions of Team and Project folders can share the subfolders of the Team and Project folders with users. The users who are shared with can see the folders under Shared in your FilingBox SMB drive when using Windows File Explorer.
The Super Admin is only supposed to manage users and folders using Admin Console so all types of folders above are NOT ASSIGNED. However if any collaborative folders (Team and Project) is assigned to or shared with the Super Admin, those will be displayed in Windows File Explorer.
