Filtering audit log

On the Audit Logs page, you can create custom filters to narrow down event searches. To create a filter, Click the Add Filter button in the top-left corner of the page, then choose from the following filter options.

The filters that can currently be created are as follows:

Event Name

You can select and view only the desired events. (Select the events you want to view from the displayed list.)

  • Input rules: Select from a predefined list
  • Default Value: Admin console login

Note

For information about the event codes displayed in this list, refer to Other > Event codes.

Keyword

You can search for specific phrases mentioned in the event description. (Enter the desired phrase in the input field.)

  • Input rules: No restrictions
  • Input length: 1 ~ 30 characters
  • Default value: None

Date

You can search for events that occurred within a specific time period. (Specify the start and end dates of the search.)

  • Input rules: YYYY-MM-DD ~ YYYY-MM-DD
  • Input length: 1 ~ 30 characters
  • Default value: Today's date ~ Today's date
  • Valid input range:
    The period specified in the "Date" filter is valid only if it overlaps with the period specified at the top of the Audit Logs page.
    For example, if the search period is set as shown below, with the global range at the top set to 2023.12.11 ~ 2024.01.11, and the "Date" filter set to 2023.11.01 ~ 2024.01.10, the valid search period is adjusted to 2023.12.11 ~ 2024.01.10.

Code

You can select and view only the desired events. (Select the desired codes from the displayed list.)

  • Input rules: Select from a predefined list
  • Default value : 101

Note

For information about the event codes displayed in this list, refer to Other > Event codes.

By clicking the Add Filter button multiple times, you can specify multiple filters and choose whether to apply the filters with an AND condition or an OR condition. (The default value is AND.)

To delete a specific filter, click the X icon at the far right of the registered filter.

To delete all created filters at once, click the Reset Filters menu.
