Viewing audit log

The FilingBox MEGA server and its clients generate events in specific situations, and the resulting event information is stored on the FilingBox MEGA server. Super and general administrators can use this data, accessible through the admin console, to review and analyze system activities.

좌Click the Audit Logs menu on the left side of the admin web UI. The list of events currently stored on the FilingBox MEGA2 v2 Server will be displayed on the right side.

You can filter events based on a specific time period. By default, the search period is set to one month before the current date (e.g., from today’s date last month).

Input format

YYYY-MM-DD ~ YYYY-MM-DD

To optimize performance, the system automatically adjusts the search period to a maximum of one month.

e.g. If the start date is set to 2023-08-01, the end date will automatically adjust to 2023-09-01.
e.g. If the end date is set to 2023-07-01, the start date will automatically adjust to 2023-06-01.

The following details are displayed for each event in the list:

Type

The type of the event
 

• info: Informational events
• fault: Fault or error events

Code

A unique identifier for the event

Event name

The name of the event

Event description

A detailed explanation of the event

Date

The date the event occurred

To sort the displayed event information based on a specific criterion, click the (△, ▽) icon next to the desired column title. Clicking a column title organizes the list based on that criterion. Sorting methods and criteria are as follows:

Sorting method

To sort events, click the △, ▽ icon next to a column title. The icons will change to ▲, ▼, indicating the sorting order. Multiple sorting criteria can be applied, and the sorting follows the order in which the criteria are selected, applying reverse sorting for subsequent selections.

예) If select Type as the first criterion, and then select Date as the second criterion, the events will first be sorted by Date, and for events with the same Date, they will be further sorted by Type.
