Event information generated by clients and the FilingBox MEGA2 v2 Server is stored within the server. To prevent the storage from exceeding the server's disk capacity, specific actions are triggered based on the following thresholds:

| Minor threshold exceeded (70% of maximum capacity) | - Trigger Audit Log Space Threshold Exceeded (Minor) event. - Send one alert email to the configured admin email. |
| Major threshold exceeded (80% of maximum capacity) | - Trigger Audit Log Space Threshold Exceeded (Major) event. - Send one alert email to the configured admin email. |
| Critical threshold exceeded (90% of maximum capacity) | - Trigger Audit Log Space Maximum Threshold Exceeded event. ※ Delete the oldest stored event data until the stored event size returns to the Minor threshold capacity. |
* Maximum Capacity: The maximum storage capacity is approximately 1,700 events.
