Viewing the Device List

To view the list of registered devices, click [Devices] in the global menu of the Admin Web UI. The Device screen will appear on the right, displaying all currently registered devices in a table format.

• Device ID: A unique identifier automatically assigned when a device is registered.
• Device Name: A unique identifier automatically assigned when a device is registered.
• Connection Status - Disconnected: The device is not currently logged into the FilingBox MEGA server.
• Connection Status - Connected: The device is currently logged into the FilingBox MEGA server.
• Allowed Apps: The total number of programs registered as "Allowed Apps" on this specific device for the FilingBox MEGA server.
• MAC Address: The MAC address entered by the administrator when the device was added.
• IP Address: The IP address entered by the administrator when the device was added.
• Registration Date: The date and time when the device was first registered on the FilingBox MEGA server.

To find a specific device, enter the device name in the search field located at the top right of the table and click [Search]. Partial search is supported; entering a string of characters will return all devices with names containing that string.
