Delete domain user account

Domain user accounts cannot be deleted directly from the Admin Console. Account deletion is handled automatically by synchronizing with Active Directory (AD).

How it works:

1. The system synchronizes user information with the Active Directory (AD) server every day at 02:00 AM.
2. During this process, if an account is found in the FilingBox GIGA system but no longer exists in the AD server, that account is automatically deleted from the GIGA system.

Important: To delete a domain user from the system, you must first delete the user account from Active Directory (AD).
