Generate Recovery folder

1. Mobile App Login: Log in to the FilingBox GIGA mobile app on your smartphone.
2. Generate Recovery folder: Select Generate Recovery folder in the [user ID]'s recovery folder area of the smartphone. All other functions will be disabled, and the recovery folder will begin to generate from the selected point in time.
3. Recovery Folder Generation Complete: Once the recovery folder is successfully created, the creation timestamp will be displayed, and the Update and Delete functions will be enabled.

Update Recovery folder

1. Mobile App Login: Log in to the FilingBox GIGA mobile app on your smartphone.
2. Update Recovery Folder: Select "Update Recovery Folder" in the [User ID]’s recovery folder section. All other functions will be disabled, and the recovery folder will start updating from the selected point in time.
   
   

   Note

   You can only update a recovery folder if one already exists. If a recovery folder is present, the creation/update timestamp, Update button, and Delete button will be displayed.

3. Recovery Folder Update Complete: Once the update is complete, the update timestamp will be displayed, and the Update and Delete functions will remain enabled.

Delete Recovery Folder

1. Mobile App Login: Log in to the FilingBox GIGA mobile app on your smartphone.
2. Delete Recovery Folder: Select "Delete Recovery Folder" in the [User ID]’s recovery folder section. All other functions will be disabled, and the recovery folder deletion process will begin.
   
   

   Note

   You can only delete a recovery folder if one already exists. If a recovery folder is present, the creation/update timestamp, Update button, and Delete button will be displayed.

3. Recovery Folder Deletion Complete: Once the deletion is complete, the recovery folder information for [User ID] will be removed, and the Generate Recovery Folder button will be displayed again.
