User mobile app login

The user mobile app only allows login with the user account.

  1. Installing and running the FilingBox GIGA app: Install and run the FilingBox GIGA app on your smartphone.

    Note

    The app only works in a private network environment. If the smartphone is not connected to Wi-Fi, a notification screen will appear stating that Wi-Fi connection is required, and the process cannot proceed. The app will function properly only if all requested permissions for the smartphone's operating system are granted.

  2. Server Search: Click Search on the login screen. The server will be detected if it is on the same network.

    Note

    Server information will be displayed after the search reaches 100%. If you know the IP address, you can enter it manually to search.

  3. Server selection: Select the searched server. The server name and IP address will be displayed above the ID and password input fields.
  4. Login with user account: Enter the user ID and password to log in.

    Note

    If the account was created by the administrator for the first time or the password has been reset, a screen to set a new password will appear. You cannot log in until the new password is set.

  5. Use Biometric Authentication: If the smartphone has biometric authentication set up, it will prompt you to confirm whether to use biometric authentication as an alternative.

    Important

    When the password is changed to a new one after enabling biometric authentication, you must deactivate and then reactivate biometric authentication for it to work properly with the new password.
