Connecting FilingBox drive
FilingBox Drive provides a space where you can directly mount a folder to Windows Explorer, allowing you to conveniently work on documents/files without the need for separate upload/download procedures.
With this feature, users can connect drives to multiple configured folders and change settings as needed, creating a more convenient environment for document/file collaboration and sharing.
How to Use
To use the Filing Box Drive connection feature, you must first be logged into the Filing Box Agent.
- Run the Agent and log in using the provided account information.
- After logging in, select the desired folder from personal, organizational, or shared folders under the “Available Folders” tab, and click the left icon.
You can also choose to connect only subfolders.
- When the prompt “Do you want to mount this folder?” appears, click “OK” to connect.
- Once connected, the folder will be assigned and registered as a system drive in Filing Box Drive.
- You can check the connected drive in Windows Explorer.
Unlinking FilingBox drive
- Click the left icon in the list of drives registered on FilingBox Drive.
- Select [Confirm] under the message "Do you want to unmount this folder?" to unmount it from the list.
