Shortcut tab

Description of the Filing Box Shortcut Tab.

The “Connected Folder” screen structure in Filing Box is divided into the top menu area, search area, tab area, drive list area, and recently changed file list area.

  1. Top menu area
    You can check the settings, user information, logout, exit, and help menu options.
  2. Tab area
    It consists of the "Connected Folders", "Available Folders", and "Edit Mode Files" tabs.
  3. Drive list area
    You can view the list of folders mounted in Windows Explorer and access them by clicking.
  4. Recently changed file list area
    You can view the list of recently created/edited documents for individuals or organizations and access them by clicking.
  5. Settings
    You can access various settings.

Folder tab

The "Available Folders" screen structure of Filing Box consists of the top menu area, search area, tab area, drive list area, and recently changed file list area.

  1. Accessible folder list area
    You can check the status of all folders that the user has access to.
  2. File list
    You can check the status of the files in the folder selected on the left.
