Admin 2FA setup

After creating an admin account, you must configure two-factor authentication (2FA) if:

  • You are logging into the admin web UI for the first time.
  • The 2FA method for the logged-in account has been reset.

  1. Open the OTP app on your smartphone and scan the QR code displayed on the screen. This will register the OTP code for the account in the OTP app.

  2. In the OTP Code Verification field, enter the current 6-digit code displayed in the app, then click the Apply button.
    • Input rules: No restrictions
    • Input length: 1 ~ 6 characters
    • Default value: None
