When attempting to log in to the admin console, you can retry within a set limit of attempts. However, if the limit is exceeded, the account will be temporarily locked, and login will be restricted for a specific period (account lockout).
Note
A super administrator can manually unlock the account of a locked administrator via the admin console.
The limit on the number of attempts and the lockout duration are as follows (these settings cannot be modified):
- Login attempt limit: 5 attempts
- Admin account lockout duration: 300 seconds

If login attempts fail within the retry limit, the following screen will appear:

If login attempts fail after exceeding the retry limit, the following screen will appear:
o confirm if an account is locked due to repeated login failures, access the Audit Log in the admin web UI and review the registered events. (Event code: 108)
