View Shared folder trash
- Log in to the admin console: Log in to the admin console using the administrator account.
- Navigate to shared folder management: Select Shared Folder Management from the navigation menu.
- View file and folder list in the shared folder trash: In the Trash tab, click the expand button (arrow icon) next to the top-level folder (Trash) to display the list of shared folders that have a trash bin.
Note
The expand button (arrow icon) next to the top-level folder (Trash) will only appear if there are shared folders with deleted files that can be restored or permanently deleted. Only admins can restore or permanently delete files and folders from the shared folder trash.
Restore or permanently delete files or folders in Shared folder trash
- Log in to the admin console: Log in to the admin console using the administrator account.
- Navigate to shared folder management: Select Shared Folder Management from the navigation menu.
- Select file or folder to restore or delete: In the shared folder trash list, choose the shared folder or subfolders and files you want to restore or delete.
Note
Multiple selections can only be made for shared folders or files and folders within a shared folder. Shared folders can only be selected together, and files or folders within a shared folder can only be selected together.
- Final selection of items to restore or delete: Check the checkboxes of the selected items to confirm the restore or delete action, then choose Restore or Delete.

Approve restore or delete: In the final confirmation message for restoring or deleting (permanent deletion) the selected items, select Confirm.
