Downloading files by device

Administrators can browse and download files stored on the FilingBox MEGA server directly from the Admin Web UI. To ensure data security, downloading files requires Two-Factor Authentication. You must verify your identity using the currently logged-in administrator's Password and OTP (One-Time Password).

1. On the File Explorer screen, click the Device Name of the target device.

   

2. Click the Device Name of the device you wish to inspect. This will open the file list for that device. For Linux devices, you must click the specific Volume Name to view the files stored within that volume.

   

   

3. Click the File Name of the file you wish to download.

   

4. An authentication prompt will appear. Enter your administrator Password and OTP. Once authenticated, the file download will begin automatically.
