Unable to log in to FilingBox MEGA2 v2 Client

  1. Check if the IP address and MAC address of the device attempting to log in are correctly registered in the admin web UI. ('Devices > View device list' reference)
  2. Check if the account attempting to log in is registered in the admin web UI. ('Admins > Viewing the admin list' reference)
  3. Check if the device attempting to log in and the account used for login are correctly linked in the admin web UI. ('Device > Link Device and Admin (Add)' reference)
  4. Verify that the hash information for the version of the FilingBox MEGA2 v2 Windows/Linux Client installed on the device attempting to log in is correctly registered. ('Settings > Client (Register)' reference)
