If unexpected security incidents or system issues occur during product operation, the following actions can be taken. A common issue involves audit storage exceeding capacity or reaching saturation.
- Audit storage exceeding capacity or saturation
- When the audit storage exceeds the threshold levels (70%, 80%, 90%), authorized administrators are notified via email. If the storage becomes fully saturated, the oldest logs are automatically overwritten. Accordingly, administrators should either request additional audit storage space from the server hardware administrator or back up the audit records and delete a portion of them to free up storage capacity.
