Basic information

The FilingBox MEGA server integrates with client programs to prevent the loss or theft of customer data and provides an admin console for managing the FilingBox MEGA.

The diagram below illustrates the overall product structure.

Administrators who manage the FilingBox MEGA include super administrators and general administrators. The roles and permissions for each type of administrator are as follows:

Super administrator
The super administrator is responsible for managing the product and other administrators through the server. This administrator has the authority to influence all product operations and perform tasks such as administrator management, device management, audit log review, and server settings. Super administrator privileges are assigned to those accountable for all assets affected by the product. After being granted this role, the administrator must receive appropriate training and perform their duties in compliance with operational guidelines.
General administrator
The general administrator is responsible for managing devices and reviewing audit logs through the server. General administrators are appointed by the super administrator, who should assign this role to administrators accountable for specific devices. Once granted, general administrators must receive proper training and perform management tasks in accordance with operational guidelines.
