Note
When the license expires, all personal and shared folders will operate in Read-Only mode, and only the license key input page will be accessible. For purchasing a new license key, please contact the product supplier.
- Log in to the admin console: Log in to the admin console using the administrator account.
- Navigate to settings: Select Settings from the navigation menu.
- View license information: In the settings section, go to the License Renewal tab, where the license expiration date and the number of license users will be displayed.
- Renew license key: To register a new license key, select the appropriate license type (Cloud or Internal verification module) for the key you are renewing, and then enter the new license key.
