- Log in to the admin console: Log in to the admin console using the administrator account.
- Navigate to personal folder management: Select Personal Folder Management from the navigation menu.
- Select empty personal folder trash: In the personal folder list table, locate the Trash column. Select Empty for the personal folder you want to delete.
Note
When a user deletes a file from their personal folder, the Empty Trash option will appear. This trash can only be emptied (permanently deleted) by the administrator. After emptying the trash, the Empty Trash option will not appear again until the user deletes files from their personal folder.
- Approve emptying the personal folder trash: In the final confirmation message for emptying the personal folder trash (permanent deletion), select Confirm.
