Product activation

Getting product key

1. Download the FilingBox Team desktop client.
2. Install and run the client.
3. In the login screen, click Connect to FilingBox Team.
4. Click Add device, and then add your device using its device address. Devices on the same network will be automatically discoverd.
5. Select the added device, and then click Connect.
6. If the product has not been activated, the Product activation screen will be automatically diplayed.
7. Copy the seed key.
8. Once you have your seed key, you can submit a request for your product key on FilingBox Help Center.
9. You will receive your product key within five business days after submitting a reqeust.

Applying product key

1. Run the FilingBox Team desktop client.
2. In the Product activation screen, enter your product key.
3. Click Activate.
