Initial Setup

Administrator registration

FilingBox MINI Armor requires the administrator who is only able to add allowed applications and manage folders and files with 2-factor authentication using OTP. Only during Initial Setup, the administrator can be created.

  1. Connect to your FilingBox MINI Armor.
  2. On the Create administrator account screen in Initial Setup, enter Admin ID, Password, and Confirm password.
  3. Select Next.
  4. On the Configure 2-factor authentication screen, using the QR code displayed, add the account on any typical mobile OTP authenticator applications.
  5. Verify 2-factor authentication by entering an 6-digit OTP code generated by your authenticator application.
  6. Select Next, then the initial setup completion message will be displayed.
