Initial Setup

Administrator registration

FilingBox MEGA requires the administrator who is only able to add allowed applications and manage folders with 2-factor authentication using OTP. During the initial setup process, the administrator can be registered.

  1. Connect to your FilingBox MEGA.
  2. On the Create administrator account screen in Initial Setup, enter Admin ID, Password, and Confirm password.
  3. Select Next.
  4. On the Configure 2-factor authentication screen, using the QR code displayed, add the account on any typical mobile OTP authenticator applications.
  5. Enter a 6-digit OTP code generated by your authenticator application in the Verification code input field.
  6. Select Verify.
  7. Select Next, then the initial setup completion message will be displayed.
