Administrator registration
FilingBox MEGA requires the administrator who is only able to add allowed applications and manage folders with 2-factor authentication using OTP. During the initial setup process, the administrator can be registered.
- Connect to your FilingBox MEGA.
- On the Create administrator account screen in Initial Setup, enter Admin ID, Password, and Confirm password.
- Select Next.
- On the Configure 2-factor authentication screen, using the QR code displayed, add the account on any typical mobile OTP authenticator applications.
- Enter a 6-digit OTP code generated by your authenticator application in the Verification code input field.
- Select Verify.
- Select Next, then the initial setup completion message will be displayed.
