To reset the two-factor authentication (2FA) method for your account after logging into the admin web UI, select your logged-in account in the top-right corner of the admin console page, then choose the Registered 2FA option from the dropdown menu.
Click the Reset button, and a confirmation window will appear. Click the Reset button on the two-factor authentication section to reset the 2FA method for the account.
When logging into the admin web UI with a reset account, the 2FA registration screen will be displayed. (Refer to Admin console login/logout > Admin two-factor authentication setup for detailed instructions.)
