Collector policies

Managing Target Folders

  1. Sign in to your Admin Console.
  2. Choose Policy > Collector in the left navigation.
  3. In the Target Folder Restrictions section, click Add.
  4. Enter a regular expression for the paths of the target folders.
  5. Click Save.

Managing Target File Extensions

  1. Sign in to your Admin Console.
  2. Choose Policy > Collector in the left navigation.
  3. In the Target File Extension Restrictions section, select file extensions to becollect by checking their
  4. checkboxes.
  5. Click Apply.

Selecting Target Users

  1. Sign in to your Admin Console.
  2. Choose Policy > Collector in the left navigation.
  3. In the Target User Restrictions section, click Edit for Target Users.
  4. Select Select Users Manually from the Target Users dropdown list.
  5. Click Save.
  6. The user list is displayed.
  7. Select users by checking the checkboxes.
  8. Click the left / right arrow buttons, or click Add / Remove in the list.
