Desktop client

In order to connect to your FilingBox Enterprise, you first need to install the FilingBox Enterprise desktop client on your computer.

Requirements

• Windows 10
• Network connection to your FilingBox Enterprise server

Logging in to FilingBox Enterprise

Your administrator needs to create your account first. If you are an administrator, please see Enterprise > Admin Guide > Users for more details.

1. Type your ID and password on the login screen.
2. Click Log In.
3. The loading screen is displayed.
4. You will be logged in if the entered ID and password are correct.

Setting Up FilingBox Enterprise server address

After installing FilingBox, you first need to enter its IP address or domain in Settings.

1. Run the FilingBox desktop client.
2. Select File > Settings.
3. Enter the server address. (IP address or domain)

Making FilingBox Enterprise start at startup on your computer

There is an option making your FilingBox client start at startup on your computer.

1. Select File > Settings.
2. Select Start FilingBox at Windows Startup.
