Storage quota

The administrators can manage the default storage quota for each type of folders.

Changing total storage quota for each type of folders

You can limit total storage quota for Personal / Team / Grand Total

1. Sign in to your admin console.
2. Choose Policy > Quota in the left navigation.
3. Click Edit for Personal, Team, or Grand Total in the Total Storage Quota section.
4. The current storage quota is changed to the input field.
5. Change the storage quota in gigabytes.
6. Click Save.

Managing default storage quota for each type of folders

1. Sign in to your admin console.
2. Choose Policy > Quota in the left navigation.
3. Click Edit for Personal or Team in the Default Storage Quota section.
4. The current storage quota is changed to the input field.
5. Enter the default storage quota in gigabytes.
6. Click Save.
