Admins

Adding admin

  1. Log in to the admin console.
  2. In the left navigation, click Admins.
  3. Click Add admin.
  4. Add admin information.
    1. Name
    2. ID
    3. Password / Confirm password
  5. Click Add.

Deleting admin

  1. Log in to the admin console.
  2. In the left navigation, click Admins.
  3. Locate the Delete Account column in the admin table.
  4. Click Delete that corresponds to the admin you want to delete.
The admins are not able to delete their own account.

Resetting admin password

  1. Log in to the admin console.
  2. In the left navigation, click Admins.
  3. Locate the Reset Password column in the admin table.
  4. Click Reset that corresponds to the admin you want to rest their password.
  5. Enter a new password.
  6. Click Rest password.

Changing Backup Drive Access

  1. Log in to the admin console.
  2. In the left navigation, click Admins.
  3. Locate the Backup Drive Access column in the admin table.
  4. Select an backup drive access (On or Off) that corresponds to the admin you want to change their backup drive access.

While Backup Drive Access is turned On for an admin, the admin is able to access all user's folders in FilingBox Home. However, the files are all read-only so admin is only able to copy them outside of FilingBox Home as a backup.
